So after a month of soda cups falling over I figured out that the cup holders on a 2000 LC dont suck they just need the devider.

So 27 bucks and 3 days later My sodas stay put!!!

I'll post up a picture when I get home later. It sits on the driver side and butts up close to the dash. It DOES block the cigarette tray but I just undo the top portion of the cup holder and can take the cigarette tray out.

Haha, one thing my wife and I do miss about our Discovery 2, the cup holders. They worked great.
Could you mount some land rover discovery 2 cup holders on the side of the console, like they are in the disco?
My wife has also asked me to work up a center console like the disco 2 as well....

The divider is the small, OEM piece that inserts between the two cup holders located just in front of the factory console. It provides more of a secure ride for many containers, but is removable to provide space for larger containers.

Well, I not that smart either so sorry. But good for you that most people are smart enough to figure out what you are talking about. Imagine if they were all dumb like me and had to figure out what the heck you were trying to communicate. Could be very frustrating for you.
