Weird issue with my a/c on my 2008 lx. Drivers side 2 vents blow cold like normal. Passenger side is coolish but not cold. Rear a/c vents on the center control panel blow colder than front passenger vents but not ice cold. They also seem very weak in terms of air output. All the other vents around the rear and cargo area seem to be blowing warm. Passenger side cargo area large low vent doesn't seem to be blowing at all. Basically it's a mixed bag throughout the vehicle. I got one of those recharge 134a kits and it helped the front passenger side for a couple days but then went back to cool-ish. The recharge kit did nothing to help the rear and cargo areas. What's the deal?! Any ideas? I'm perplexed by the mixed performance all over the vehicle. Thanks!

OP, there are two separate issues you are describing:
1- Inconsistent airflow through vents: sometimes caused by stuck A/C gate. for this, try the A/C reset procedure (vid below, same process fo '08 LX). We had this issue and this process fixed it.
2- Air not cold: Most likely needs a proper gas charge. I don't trust the 134a kits to do a proper charge for the A/C, so better do it through a certified shop.
For the rear A/C I heard from a friend one way to 'reset' the rear A/C is to run it on full HOT setting until you feel really hot air (could take some time) then flip it back to COLD. Never tried it though.
For #2, there may be a refrigerant leak somewhere, but a good charge should get it cold for some time.

Issue turned out to be a bad connection at the blend door actuator. The actuator itself was fine. Just a faulty electrical connection. They also filled the system with freon and dye. I'll be checking for leaks over the next week or two but so far it seems cold all over.
