Is that the red one? We are looking for a LX570 so that might be a good candidate

Christo, what might you guys have in mind? Going to see what Slee magic might be possible with a LX?

Lived in Maui for 3 years. Wanted to move back, after we sold the house, decided to move to Lakeway in Austin Texas to be close to the daughter and 3 grand kids. So buying a place about 4-5 miles from family. Guess I'm getting old and it's time to be a active Grandpa :). Here's a pic of my wife the daughter, 17 yo grand daughter, and the 4 yo and the 3 yo.

wow, which one is who they all look like the same age and beautiful !!!

Took a 5k mile vacation for 25 days in the LX570. Nice highway vehicle. Got home sold it and we are now in the process of moving to Maui. Did average 18.5 mpg on the 5k mile trip on premium fuel. 80 mph on interstates every where but California. California avg was around 30 mph because of the traffic (can not understand why anyone lives in that God forsaken state). Taking the LX470 to Maui it's the right tool for the job. I also love my modded lifted LX470 more then the LX570. It is just hard to warm up to the looks of the 200 series versus the 100 series and I thought my old FZJ80 was even better looking then the lifted modded 100 series. I will say I don't think you can buy a higher quality more dependable vehicle then the LX570 and I felt like I was driving a Rolls Royce.
you do not need LX570 in Maui LX470 is plenty cruising 55MPH around the island. I like Maui to visit , but can't live there for more that 2 months too depressing, all the same, same weather 365 days a year, same dress code shirts and sandals, drunk locals and all day doing nothing , and this year like I have not seen ever before crazy mosquitos cam't sit at night on lanai eating you to death. thay come from the Maalaea swamps all over the island.

Wow, never had mosquitos before when I lived there. Looks like everything works out in the end. I agree with you on even paridise can get boring.

Congratulations and good luck on your move to Maui! I have two vacation homes and a reliable LX470 on the Big Island. My only advice is to have your 470 undercoated to prevent rust. It's amazing how fast the salt water air gets to everything underneath your vehicle. Aloha

I can tell you why I live here. It's late October and it's the weather is amazing. Fortunately, it's not for everyone, or traffic would be much worse. Just 12% of the US thinks it's worth it to compromise dealing with traffic to live here.
Today's weather.webp

It's on Carmax now they are only asking $48k with 42k miles. This is a Texas truck looks new top to bottom. Someone is going to get a great deal.
