When was the last time this happened?

I have met most of the folks in SD and a few of you it OC and LA. Would be awesome for us to set something up to bridge the gap outside of T&S.

This happened a year ago or two. We did the Santiago Peak run. It was a great turnout. I would be up for that. I was also thinking about a day over at Capo Beach(Doheny State Beach) for some food and beverages.

Turf & Surf over Veteran's Day Weekend. Though it's difficult for me to get away for an extra trip so close to turkey day.

I believe another Santiago Peak run is in order. That was a really fun day.

Yall need to get up here into the San Berdu mountains. Do a Big Bear run. I'm itching to get the 80 back out on the trail. Just finished up a bunch of projects on it and am ready to explore.

Anyone want to throw out a potential date? I can't do it the first two weekends in October or Oct 22. Gotta also wonder if they'll have all the roads closed because of the Canyon fire right now. Has anyone checked since the fire started Monday?

I heard on the radio that Skyline Drive would be closed since they will have a lot of trucks and equipment on it the next few days (edit for link). I would be down for a Burns Canyon or Coxey Rd run if anyone is interested. My vote would be for most any Sunday in October or November.

It looks like Skyline is pretty far from Santiago Peak (I was getting confused with Main Divide) so a meet there should be OK.
