Yes they are. I don't know what shipping will run, but usually for Montana I use Greyhound Express shipping them to the nearest Greyhound terminal and having the customer pick them up there. What city are you in?
Nice - would that lug pattern fit a 3rd Gen tacoma .?

The bolt pattern is 6 x 5.5 This is a common size for Toyota 4x4s and early Chevy 4x4s
