Got any blems? I don't mind Surface imperfections and don't need the ruler(I have a 4" ruler in my pants).

If one gets messed up cosmetically gimme a heads up, I'm only picky on fit up.

Here's the deal, it appears I have 4 "blem."
I reversed the CNC file but forgot about it, I basically counter sink the wrong side of the flange. If you flip it over and don't mind using button head bolts, it still fits perfectly fine, just slightly scuffed because I put masking tape on the other side.
They have the latch holes cut out, edges are beveled 45*, hinge has not been welded but I will weld on the correct side later.
No hardware and no latch will be included, just the lid and the latch stopper.

Price is $300 + shipping, you don't have to cut the latch holes or buy a router + bit to bevel the edges.

You will need 12 - 6mm x 20mm bolts
And 4 6mm x 30mm bolts Can also be purchased on Mcmaster Carr.

Installed hatch storage from socallove. Bought his blem unit, counter sinked on the wrong side so buttonhead bolts will need to be used. Overall, happy with the $ spent.

Can you or someone make a recommendation as to where to source the piano hinge from? McMasterCarr? If, so, can you or someone post a link. I want to look at the total cost before pulling triggers.
