Hi all,
If you ordered one of our Magbak/RAM (with printed RAM ball, like the first pic) phone holders, please reply to your order receipt email for a replacement. With the recent hot weather, the holder in my personal rig started deforming (the printed ball is getting squished) so I modified to use an actual RAM ball. Will be a much longer lasting product now.
Updated design with actual RAM ball attachment.
