Hi, this might just be me being new to the truck.

At nearly full wheel rotation, the truck will hop/clunk. I'm assuming it is just the 4wd hitting its locking limits before slipping, but I can't help but be worried. I basically just try not to make full turns anymore. A few weeks back in a parking lot, the diff light came on then went back out.
No other codes throwing, the light went out after shutting down and starting back up and hasn't come back on.

Is this normal? I never really noticed this on my 100 series.

Are you on stock wheels, tires, and suspension? If not, what's your setup? Wheel offset?

CDL engaged without the rig knowing about it?

Or possibly needs to do a 0 point calibration. He'd most likely be getting traction control lights during the skipping/hopping if that's the case though.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that. Stock wheels, tires that are 275/65/18, so very slightly skinnier and taller. I do have the 1" OEM spacers added. I noticed it started around the same time I had the dealer put new front shocks and the spacers on.

How do I do a 0-point calibration? (Or should I RTFM? :) )

Thanks!

There's a few ways. One involves a paper clip i believe, or you can do it with Techstream. A quick google i believe returns a mountain of info.

Should be completed after any suspension work.

Here's an old thread:

Verifying you also had the truck aligned after the strut spacer install?
