Hi guys I have just joined this forum after watching for a while, I have a 85 70 series cruiser with the 3b removed and a 13bt slotted in.
I am trying to build some sliders to protect the sills, but the exhaust is in the way on the drivers side. It runs along the outside of the chassis rail, has anyone worked out an easy way to get around this?

cople options:
move the exhaust inside the frame rail
or
build a box around the exhaust and mount the rails to that.

I did almost the same to my truck, but the slider-tube goes over the exhaust tube. I'll take pics tomorrow if wanted...
