I am getting ready to pull the trigger and order my sliders and skid plates for my 2011. I want to install these myself if possible (not a mechanic guru by any stretch). Looking at the install instructions only the WK look easier to install due to the lack of rivoting. Has anyone installed Slee's or WKs? Any feedback is appreciated

You can search my write up on my white knuckles. I had a shop install them for me. You have to drill into the frame from the bottom a couple of places. Also it's tight around the gas tank bolts you have to thread. John can do any customization you want as well. Very happy with them.

Slee sliders were not difficult to install. If you select the Slee route buy the drill bit and nut tool along with the sliders from Slee. Get a buddy and some beers and have at it.

White knuckles were super easy as well. Just a bolt on with some drilling. We did buy a new bit sharpener for the job though! The frame is not exactly ammenable to drilling even with good quality tools:beer:

Totally agree with JamesC. The frame is tough and I went through several bits.

I am thinking about going the Slee route with all this frame drilling, diamond tipped drill bit chatter -
