i can imagine, the RR itself doesn't do much for me, i'm still building my own RR, just using the OEM mounts that bolt to and support from the roof panelI have given factory RR away.
I don't think they were factory, at least i haven't seen them in the catalogue for 77s or 70s... i could be wrong, but maybe they were just a popular aftermarket accessory in Japan, possibly even offered at the dealership like many accessories still are in australia. the bottom left mount covers the diesel badge which wold indicate to me that it wasn't OEM.I wonder why no one seems to use the rear mounted ladders that are fairly common on the 77 Series.
