Sighting in Hillcrest NP area

Alright now.... Twice I have seen a gray 80 with an older Slee bumper and a rear bumper/tire carrier (missing spare tire). Both times I was in plain sight of the older gentleman and didn't get a shaka or even a nod?? What gives? My guess is this person is driving/borrowing this thing but could care less, I dunno...

Both times I was on Washington st. turning towards the 163 n/s ramp.

Come on now, just because he did not wave is no reason to assume he does not care, if you stop to talk to him and he said he did not know anything about them, that is one thing. but have some faith in cruiser drivers

He didnt even notice my big obnoxious cruiser in plain sight. Makes me think...He probably had nothing to do with the mods on that cruiser. Every modded cruiser owner always glances at my rig, I do it all day with any toyota truck or suv
