I just got my 60 project back on the road, and have no intention of off-roading it for a really long time (I have other things for that). One of the issues I'm facing is with the wife. It's got a 2-3" OME lift and some 33's on it, so her getting in and out is a bit of an ordeal. I'd like some nice hoop side steps, if possible, but can only find slider steps which are still pretty high. The hoops I'm finding on Amazon are all aluminum (so no cutting welding) and are made to fit a different style rocker panel (like a Jeep). I'd like something like in the attached photo, which I found was posted in this forum months back, but no one ever found a solution, so I'm hoping times have changed.
I'd be fine with some sliders, but they'd need to be about 4 inches below the rockers. And I'd rather not have to cut and fab up a whole bunch of stuff. I'll just call an Uber for her if that's the case.
