Now that's a puddle! make sure the door membranes are intact and the doors are adjusted into the seals enough, or fit new seals. Not sure if this would cure it but it is the only checks I can think of. I have never been in water above the doors so I am not the best person to take advise from really.

I got about 6 inches in the passenger side, door was full in the front and rear but it looked like it all came in from the front went back through it on the drivers side it kept the water out been though lots of water and this was the first time I had water come in I am about to pull the passenger door panel off and rinse it out real good

As Ive found out with numerous vehicles, water will stay out if your moving, but if your stopped with water above your doors, its gonna get in. Best you can do is just dry it out and make sure it doesn't happen again.

I've never seen a door that'll keep water out when stopped. It's amazing the difference in 5 mph and 0 mph.

I agree with DirtDawg.

However, two great products for rejuvenating door seals are Gummi Pflege or Honda Shin Etsu. The shin etsu is a little better in my opinion, but harder to apply than gummi.
