I'm doing the part-time on my 97 80 series due to viscous clutch gone bad. Trying to buy a Japanese joint probably HDK. Looking for part number for shorter stub. If it doesn't come with the ABS ring I can remove it from the old ones.

Why not just remove the VC from the transfer case?
You're going to have to disable ABS with a part time kit as the front axle will not be turning.

I already removed the VC, I know I'll be without ABS when the hubs are free. Do you happen to know the part number to the joint portion of the berfield?
