Shop in Seattle for pre-purchase inspection?

Travelling to Seattle to see a LX470. Any suggestion for a shop around Bellevue area that can do a pre-purchase inspection would be appreciated. There's a Lexus dealership there - any other? Torfab in Everett is too far away.
