Hi,
Slowly slowly, I am building my LX470, and I am giving me enough time to research and ask for reviews, I would like to do it better than when i built my 80.

Some of you are running or have any experience or reviews about the Doetsch tech shock for LC100?, they it look that are beginning to be popular on the 80 series, and the prices are really attractive.

I am installing Slee heavy and OME tbar.
I am planning to use to DD and long expedition trips.
I am estimating than the truck will be around 6.5k-7k pounds fully loaded
Thanks

They recommend for the hundy the 8000 series, but I could also see the monotube 2.0 series.

They can set up bolt-on, even for those who need longer travel.

I spoke to them yesterday and they recommend me
For the front 8154 19.50 X 12.150 S/L (probable to large for the LC100), and you right better going for the 8923 or the 8122 but i am not sure about the implication of 1" more extended length.

For rear 8352 26.00 X 15.400 S/L (the same than 8350 but the mounts fit on the LC100)

I read on the 80 series section, about the HV-1 series, and they say that are design for light trucks, so, the 80 guys are checking for 2.0 series.
Mono-Tube Shock Rebuildable

I sent to doetsch tech, the mount's measures, and they should reply today. I will keep posting here any news

This is good to know, even from other trucks, and do you remenber the shocks series model?
Thanks

Which model did you have? One of the progressive shocks like the 8000 series?

All I could see was Pre-Runner, no series #. I still have the shocks on the FJ60, saving up to replace the springs and shocks.
