Shaved Antenna on a fj60 - anybody?

Has anyone shaved there antenna on the front passanger side and relocated it elsewhere. I'm just curious as mines going in for paint and few dent repairs I was thinking about getting that done as well.

Just curious if anyone thought of that yet?

I didn't move mine, but I did replace it with one of the short flexible ones from AutoZone. I was tired of snapping off the regular ones. It works and looks great and it actually seems to have improved my reception over the stock antenna and the GM replacements I had put on in between? It has an adjustable ball connection that lets you get the angle correct.
