Shaking Mirror Fix

I've done a search and didn't find what I was looking for.....can someone direct me to the fix for the side mirrors that shake intermittently?

Or......Just disassemble, place a lock washer on each screw to account for the slop and done. I bought the kits from toyota for about $20 each, not even close to worth it. Fix is super simple.

Actually just a plastic shroud torx bolts and spring washers. If you can remove everything without damaging any parts all you need is the washers
