Services for LX570 2013

Hi
I have a 2013 Lexus 570 and I have been driving it for 7 years now. Since I live in a small town, there is no Lexus dealership here, and in these 7 years I have only changed the car engine oil.
What services should I do and what should I change after these 7 years?
I have driven 75,000 kilometers so far. Please tell me what service is needed.
I also had a question about the tire, what is the best tire that I feel comfortable and smooth ride? I want to get the Dunlop 285 50 20 PT2A , which is also on the new car.
I drive offroad sometimes (mostly in the sand), after these 7 years I feel the sound coming from the car suspension system in small bumps. I told this to the local repair shop and he said that a part should be replaced (I think the name is Front to Frame Sway Bar Bushing Kit (moog) ) .

Have you ever replaced suspension system parts? (Front to Frame Sway Bar Bushing Kit)
which model of Michelin’s do you recommend ?

I have 91,000 miles....I replaced nothing, bought at 50,000 follow the maintenance schedule to a tee, use Amsoil on major fluid changes, otherwise use my mechanics oil every 5000 miles.
