I bought my 05 LX470 with 109k on it. All services were done up to 95K (per lexus site) at that point. I got the 100k service done and went on my way.

I'm almost at 115k now and am trying to decide what service to do. The 110k that handles the AHC check, the scheduled 115K, or just go ahead and do the 120k and go from there.

I'd love to do some of it myself but I don't have a place so I'm gonna need to go somewhere for it.

Here's what I do, YMMV.

90k: Everything possible.

5k: OCI, Lube Zirks
30k: Trans Flush
Annual: Trans Drain/Fill, Diff Drain/Fill, PS Fluid, Brake Fluid, Air Filter

Everything Else: When it makes noise.

Make sure you service the AHC system, you don't want that going out on you. I'm on my second AHC failure and it's costly.

Thanks for the input. I reckon I'll do the 110k since it checks the AHC and do the 120 when I actually get there.
