Hoping to avoid a trip to the dealer for a simple task on our 2016...
Went in for service and they reset the service light using the odometer method on our way out. Unfortunately that only took care of the small dash light. The "Maintenance Required, see your dealer" displays in the larger center display and it's driving me bananas. The wrench comes up with a 4500 next to it on start up so I know that part is correct, but I can't stand the interruption of the display with the other warning.

Anyone know if I can clear that with Techstream and how?

Thanks,

Dom

No need for Techstream. See page 441 of your owner's manual. (At least it is on my '17.)

Well there it is. Clear as day on page 441.

Don’t I feel like a dumb ass.

Thanks guys.

This is crap! Everyone knows that you are supposed to come back with “The previous owner must have lost the manual, the dickwad” and never, ever admit that you have, let alone have read, the manual. You are letting us down Dom.
