Have a 2005 100 series, 145,000 miles, drive it on the weekends…maybe 50 miles a weekend & if I take a road trip…which is not often at all. Maybe about 4000 miles a year. In a case like this how often would I need to change the oil? I have full synthetic at the moment.

Thanks.

Once a year with OEM Toyota filter

What Allen Man said above. Also, how on earth do you only drive 50 miles a weekend in your LC :) ? I thought I'd drive that much when I bought mine, but I absolutely LOVE my truck and it has become my DD. My '16 Outback sits in the driveway and rarely gets driven.

I agree 100%, once a year with full synthetic.
My wives drives maybe 6000miles a year, I change it every 5000 miles and use Mobil 1 and Purolator oil filters.
Just make sure you still check the oil often, "lot rot" speeds up seals drying out and causing leaks.

I changed mine last July using Mobil 1 and their larger M1-209. I've since put about 3k miles on and plan to change it by the end of the month. My wife and I carpool and our CX5 gets 2x MPG of the LC so it's our trailer trip, winter snow, weekend warrior vehicle.
