I think rule of thumb is same time as the timing belt 90k since you would also proactively change all of the pulleys and tensioner.

Tensioner: There is an indicator on the tensioner, it should be positioned somewhere between the 3 hash marks.

Belt: Generally If the ribs are cracked, edges frayed, or the cording on the non grooved side is showing through, or it's slipping or making noise I would swap it out. When you get the belt off, spin all the pulleys see that they spin smoothly and feel for any resistance.
