What would that be equivalent to in the "old school" numerical?
33, 35, 37?

Great looking tire.

I have no clue. I'm waiting for the smart tire people to chime in to see if they would fit with no lift or rub......

Don't about those particular KM2's, but most 285/70/17 tires come out close to 33", maybe a hair less.

That was actually a loaded question, I've seen these wheels made for a 2015 special edition Tundra. Theres limited info but there are pics are of a red truck with these wheels in a 5 lug configuration floating around.

I'll see if I can hunt them down, they'd look bad ass on an LC.

I would assume they're gonna make a 5 lug, or you could go with this...

The tires come out to 32.6 or so and are called to as 33's. I run this size (diff tire) on a 07 Taco w/a 3" lift. Had to get after market rims, as the stock rims (that I wanted to stay with) did not have the proper off set.

Width is 285mm. The sidewall height is 70% of the width, so 199.5, call it 200mm.

Two sidewalls = 400mm / 25.4 = 15.74" + 17" wheel = 32.75", about what a 33" tire actually measures.

Or you can google a "metric tire calculator" and enter into a site that will do the conversion for you.

Agree on the TRD rims on the OP post. Pretty slick looking and may look good on my FJ60.

So where can you buy those wheels? I've searched TRD Wheels and all I'm coming up with is a 16" version that isn't exactly the same style, but still pretty nice.

Anybody got pics of TRD wheels on a Fj40? A bit of flash for my old school ride.

Those are the 4Runner TRD Pro wheels. Look up toyota TRD pro on Google. They'll be available in the fall for the 15 model-year vehicles. Its a 17x7.5 with a 30mm inset. You might want to add spacers. The other wheel shown is the Tundra Off-Road Package wheel. 18x8 with a 60mm inset and the M14- 5x150mm bolt pattern. Off-Road Pro is the same wheel, but all black.

Anybody seen spacers/adapters to switch from 6 to 5 lug?
I'd really like a set of the tundra 18" wheels...

The OE Michelin 18" off-road tire is an excellent balance between on-road and off-road capability.

Ive worked in the wheel/tire industry for 5 years (great college job) and I've never seen anything like that. The only way I've ever seen bolt patterns changed is by changing out the entire hub assembly. It is theoretically possible, though, so maybe someone should call spidertrax and let them know there is a demand for that.

Those TRD 4runner wheels are awesome but I know they'll be quite pricey.

Sh3pherdd, I have found some conversion adapters, but none of them seemed to fit with the LC80/100 bolt pattern swap. I wonder if anyone could make a hub for swapping the bolt pattern.
Know any good machine shops? This would be a BA upgrade and allow for using other, newer Toyota OE wheels.
If I have time this week, I'll see what sort of info I can get on the hub. If it isn't too special, it might be something worth trying. I'll check in the 80 Series Tech thread to see if anyone is interested.

I would like to avoid the debate of "6 is better than 5."
Toyota switched for a reason, and they wouldn't downgrade for Land Cruiser.
