Anyone have to have it done? What did it cost you? I am trying to decide whether or not to submit a claim, or just pay to have it fixed. I have a pretty high deductible.

By the time you buy the parts, paint them, and install, it'll wreck $1K at a shop. Is your deductible higher than that?

I would think a body shop could give you a quick estimate, especially if you looked up the bumper price at your dealer. There may also be aftermarket bumpers for that truck.

Assuming only plastic is crunched, and if cosmetics aren't critical, you may be able to remove the bumper, heat it with boiling water, and pop out that corner and repaint it yourself. The rest of the bumper looks tweaked, so it would need adjustment with a jack or pry bar, etc.

Used rear bumpers run 300-600 anyway, labor, paint etc. Depends how much change you want to drop but I think this fix will be spendy. No idea what oem new would be. I am wondering what it looks like under that plastic shell.

You might be able to find aftermarket. I agree get a quick estimate and see what you are talking.

Good luck
