By the time you buy the parts, paint them, and install, it'll wreck $1K at a shop. Is your deductible higher than that?
I would think a body shop could give you a quick estimate, especially if you looked up the bumper price at your dealer. There may also be aftermarket bumpers for that truck.
Assuming only plastic is crunched, and if cosmetics aren't critical, you may be able to remove the bumper, heat it with boiling water, and pop out that corner and repaint it yourself. The rest of the bumper looks tweaked, so it would need adjustment with a jack or pry bar, etc.
