No vapor lock due to ambient temp or some change to the fuel system?

At the SAS-2 is was hot. Lot of folks with vapor lock trouble. My main problem turned out to be the charcoal canister.

Most likely due to ambient temp., but I prefer to think it was due to rebuilt original carb.
