Well it's time....putting the Cary house on the market. If any of you have anyone looking for a house, please let me know. I haven't pushed hard on selling it yet but knew word travels fast in this community so thought it wouldn't hurt. I will be glad to provide any additional information for anyone interested.

I know it looks great in the pics Greg, but i have got to say this.

Curb appeal will get them in, and staging will get it sold. We sold our last one in 2 days . And that was 2 years ago and we made good money off of it.

It does look great in the pics just keep it looking that way and it will sell fast.

Good luck.

Does the stash of cruiser parts from beneth the house come with it :grinpimp:

Do the gnomes have anymore 80 parts ;)

greg, whats your contact number the listing is inactive. maybe it hasn't been posted yet?

Al, like anything....a deal can be worked out.

Eric, appreciate your help.

Darin, spend a good bit of time taking care of int and ext. so it's just a matter of time.

Greg, could tell. Just wanted you to keep up on it. It really does work.

Good luck with the sale. If it was closer to here i would tell you where to post it.

Good luck with the sale, Greg. My offer stands, bring a buyer to my house and I'll buy yours.;)

Are you a resident of SC now? or are you staying in NC?

Joe, hope the recovery is going well and faster than expected.

Still in both locations. Company has allowed me to work from home in both locations so while the drive up and down 95 isn't favorable it is nice and allows me to still work with clients.

Final destination still undetermined.

Man, I'd love to get into that house. What are the regulations in Cary like for building a garage in the backyard?

The one thing I love about Greg's house is the railroad tracks behind the property - seriously! Some might be turned off by it, but as infrequent as the trains come it's always cool to hear them, and rest assured there'll be no building back there.

Good luck with sale Greg, I honestly wish we could somehow swap. I'll post your flyer at work.

Johnny, Cary is no more strict than other cities and towns. You could likely get complete garage guidelines at town hall. I don't think Greg's neighborhood has an HOA, they are the ones that tend to be assholes and create the bad rep.

You are correct Joe, no HOA. Will never be anymore in that cul-de-sac than there is now. Thats the beauty of it. Johnny I sent you a PM.
