Selectro hubs, how to remove? Am I missing something? (1 Viewer)

I feel like a fool asking the question. I'm no mechanic, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night. Nevertheless, there's something I'm not seeing. My cruiser (if you can still call it that when it's in 1000 pieces) has "Selectro" locking hubs on it. I can't figure out how to get them off. I've rebuilt a 60 axle before, and in fact am pulling this 40 apart in preparation to swap on 60 outer parts for a disc conversion. Any suggestions?

You probably don't see the three screws on the knob... Probably have several layers of paint and muck

Need to remove them

They could also be stripped from PO that's always fun
