Seeking part number - foam stuff below headlight, behind turn indicator? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,
What is that stuff under the headlight, in the front of the truck and behind the turn signal lens? It looks like a black foam of some sort. Is that just to prevent wind and water coming through? Anyone have a part number, I can't figure it out on the diagram on Partsouq. Is that stuff important? Mine is pretty deteriorated. Is it worth replacing? Pic below.

Already mentioned, it's purpose IMO is to block air so (more) air goes through the radiator, same purpose as the foam seal around the OEM radiator?? I've bought that replacement foam piece in the past, it's an oval section of not very dense ?open cell foam but of course cut to fit that hole. One WAG why the engineers didn't use a more rigid foam or rubber grommet in the location might have been to allow the hose/pipe assembly to flex/move a bit?? FWIW

I was surprised how flimsy/low density that foam part was when I first got it in my hand. I've considered cutting a strip of 1" (house window/AC type) weatherstripping closed cell foam, wrapping it around the pipe, or getting a sheet of ~1" thick higher density foam and hand cutting something to fit in the oval hole.

Here you go, buy a 5 foot strip of neoprene closed cell foam, cut out a couple dozen plugs, sell them in the Classifieds

You could also use that clay based window strip rope seal stuff you buy at the ACE hardware or HD or Lowe's and wrap it around there. Its like $2 for a whole till and you'll use a small portion. It will harden over time, is heat resistant, oil resistant, and easy to work with. The old cars used to use it in similar applications.
