Hi all. I have been having smog issues for a while on my 94 cruiser. Got the right 02 sensors. I recently got. the smog done and we narrowed the issue down to the secondary air system. When it was disconnected all smog numbers passed great. Cant find any information about the setup. Anybody run into this before?

Many people disconnect this system if you are referring to the PAIR setup. You can put your new O2's in the downpipes where the PAIR tubes come off. As long as you don't have a visual inspection that is too particular for emissions, this could be an option (or just leave disconnected). It usually only operates on warm up and briefly when you let off the throttle for deceleration.
