Seat front and back electric mechanism gear

I would like to find a replacement gear for my passenger electric seat mechanism, for front and back travel since the gear is worn out

@txfzj80 is spot on. After purchasing the gears from Gamviti, search on MUD for the procedure to install and align the gears on the initial install. It is a simple as it seems but so many get the alignment wrong and end up stripping the gear all over again or the seats do not function properly and bind. If it isn’t working properly, it’s not the new gears-it’s the alignment. Also, look into pinning the end cap so it doesn’t back out.

In addition to the above, take the time to clean out all the old grease in the gearboxes that has now become glue and add some lightweight grease to both gearboxes. This is the primary reason for gear failure.
You will likely also find that the rubber (or what used to be rubber) washer has disintegrated and become part of the glue. Can be replaced using a typical garden hose gasket after trimming the tabs.

Also, look into pinning the end cap so it doesn’t back out.

You also should not overtighten the end cap. That can cause it to bind as well.

I've found it absolutely critical to heat the gear in boiling water prior to pressing it on, and press it ASAP when taking it out of the water.
Doing it cold/room temp led to them splitting
