The middle seat belt for the middle seats is stuck and I have read that it might just be twisted inside, but I can't figure out the trick to taking off the cover on the top of the seat to be able to see the belt and I don't want to force it and break the cover. Can anyone give me a quick explanation on how to get that cover off. Thanks

I dealt with this in the past. Had to unbolt the seat to work on it in my garage.

Two people in the post super50 referenced mention just popping it off. I looked in the FSM and apparently it's simple enough that they don't even make reference to it when talking about removing the middle seat belt.
I had this happen a couple of times. I just stuck a butter knife down the slit where the belt comes out of seat and jiggled it around. Apparently, I hit the right thing and the belt retracted just fine after that. I'd try that before taking out seat.
