Seat backrest rattle

Hey kids.. pretty straight forward one here..

What have you done to fix the rattle/play/slop in your front seats backrest pivot? My P/S one is blooooody annoying to the point where I just jam a book or similar in the gap.

Did you ever find a solution other than "a book or similar" to the rattle? I'm having this same issue that has gotten worse to the point that I now have to address it.

My dog rides in that seat... Stops the rattle .
