Hi All! Waiting for the exhaust to come back from Jet hot coating to be able to test drive. But I did do some testing on the SD40 carb on this ‘67 LV build and WOW what a difference in running these adjustments made. I drew an un artistic drawing of what I made for adjustments to the step up rod height. I can’t wait to get it out on the road and test my results but I can say with it running and reving in my shop BIIIIG improvement! I ended up with a measurement between those two measurement points of 52mm.

Where did you guys find this bracket? Or did your exhaust shop provide that?

Hey! It was off of some Toyota vintage part site that must of bought a bunch of old Toyota dealer parts back in the day. I have 2 more that I was using on the muffler ends but could not get a good seal out of them. But worked great as the rear hanger!

Very clean work! On the clamp, I thought these that I bought were the correct style for the J4's at least?

Thank you! That clamp does look like the style they used for sure. I just took pictures that show the part numbers that would have been for each of the 3 clamps and the part number on your box dosent come up. But I will say that clamp looks closer to original than the original Toyota clamp I got. I was on a time crunch and these clamps were the only thing I could find remotely close. I couldn’t use the other two of those style clamps because I couldn’t solve an exhaust leak I had. So I put on a newer technology clamp that dosent look way off from the one in your picture that has a 360 degree squeeze on the pipe.
Would you be Willing to sell one of yours?

Thank you for the inquiry but I have not seen these for sale again so I would like to keep them. For what it's worth, they came via Cyprus (so likely from the dealership in no-man's land) so that could get you in the ballpark of some.
