Just need to find the motors. Toyota wants almost $400 a pop, so I am not doing that.

I know on my 80-series, the driver's window was very labored going up. I replaced the rubber runners, took apart the motor, cleaned and lubed, cleaned and lubed the regulator, cleaned the electrical contacts on the switch, and then it worked like new again.

I would try that before spending $400 on a new motor.

What did you do to clean and lube the motor? What product did you use?

I took it apart and cleaned off the "spindle" and that fixed it for like two weeks.

Also lubed everything up while I was in there.

I'm glad to know Robert at least had success with cleaning. I guess I'll just have to wait it out for now, but after 6 years without AC, I can't say I roll my windows down too often!
