School me on Drive Cycles

I am trying pass emissions and I have some systems that are "Not Ready". I can have no more than 1 in that state. I currently have been bouncing between 2-3. Emissions guy and mechanic say to drive 50-100 miles. What is the easiest/quickest way to switch these to "Ready"? Drive on the highway for that distance?

I do have a Scangauge and am monitoring that. I threw a p0420 and am getting ready to replace the other 3 02 sensors (already did one).

Should be. I think the primary goal is getting the engine up to full operating temperature with more than just idle emissions going through the system.
