Currently I got 1" of snow in the last hour.......

That's about what has come down at my house here in the NE heights... maybe more, but it's very wet/heavy snow.

Right on! Did you get a new pack?

Not technically, I seem to hang out with folks who has dogs! ;)

I'll be packing tire chains, snow boots and pants for tomorrow. The tractor is in the garage getting some fancy LED light bars for night time plowing!

Yeah, do I know how to rock a Friday night or what!

Close to 4" now at Eubank/Academy and still falling. We could be in for some good snow wheeling tomorrow.

That's the right kind of woman to date, Ali. I'd say you know a thing or two. I don't own chains, but boots and pants.. YES. I think Tom might give his new set of tire chains a go, too.

My ladies are all off for a sleepover at Auntie's. Me and Rocco just got done mowing a 16 oz T-Bone and it's time to pack the truck.

Just got done plowing the hood, can't feel my fingertips. Will be heading to Roots Farm in 20. Typing this with two fingers!!!

Just got my garage and welding table cleaned up and ready to build my bumper. Now I wish I was going with you guys. Cant get the LX in the garage and work at the same time. Its too flippin cold to leave the door open. If you do decide to drive up into the Manzanos let me know, maybe I can meet you guys in Punta De Agua or something.

Was considering it but momma still wants to go to Santa Fe today...have fun

Had fun today, guys. Thanks to Ali, Tom and your passengers for the company. Snow conditions were good, and we had no issues today except for one spot where I was leading in the Tacoma and lost my momentum at a narrow, slightly off camber spot with a steep drop off, passenger side. Tried to get going again and the rear end kept walking over toward the edge. It got my adrenaline pumping a bit.

Would you believe we stopped by White Sands on the way there?

I think the road sign said "Center of NM Trail"... the Gallinas range in the distance, left

This was a GREAT way to get out of doing chores 🤣 Thank you Nick for putting this together and allowing us to see a part of NM that I, personally, haven't seen before. It's nice to get lost and see things in this beautiful state. Well, it's hard to get lost with GPS, paper maps and three neurotic dudes!!

This trip also allowed me to recall the projects that need to be finished before the AZBDR trip. One thing that really stood out is how much is SUCKS to drive a 4" lifted 80 with a RTT on top during cross winds. I was afraid of getting pulled over for a DWI! It's a tiring job keeping that beast on the straight and narrow. I'm ordering a 32mm Whiteline front sway bar tomorrow, to match the Whiteline rear sway bar already in the rear.

Jessica and I enjoyed the hiking and hope to do this more frequently to break up a typical trip.

Nick, you recalled the name of that road exactly!!!

That's why you had her driving on the way home, huh?? Those arms got tired?

It was great to have you & Jessica along for the ride, and thanks for bringing some buddies for Roccomatic! This may be the last good snow run of the season, so I'm glad we made the most of it.

Blue skies!! Dang wish I coulda made it

We'll catch you on the next one, Grant.
