X2 on this comment. I got very little of the Sand Chef grub, but the 2 bites I got of this was great, and impressive for impromptu on the beach cooking.
In the end, the GG won going away so I wish I had been closer to that end of the judges table, with a judge taking pity on the starving masses!
Last year with the male judges - we all got fed

Alvaro had suggested that we were giving too much food, and emphasized using the smaller (7") plate, so that the judges didn't get too full.
Well the 10" plates weren't for the judges anyway!

) I think you just denoted keen intellectual sharpness. Could not agree more, it's time those poor souls get some satisfaction in life, besides playing with tools... Only thing is that the Judge in Chief should be a balding man over 50 that also looks like Santa Claus for good measure....

we need to work on our presentation a lot !!! LOL we are way behind the rest...
but even with the best scores for presentation, we still stuck in same spot…
Taste, just one is above average, I guess that my experiment didn't work as expected...
Originality, well all teams have more or less same scores…up and downs, but not much difference…
