Hi All,

New to the forum and there is so much good info here that i look forward to reviewing.

A couple of months ago I came across a mint 2006 LX 470 with 243,000 miles. VIN: JTJHT00W964011947 One owner, stock, no rust and everything works. Selling because I'm on to a new LX now. More details on Autotrader and craigslist SanAntonio. $11,999.00.

Still have the LX 470. When was the water pump and timing belt replaced. Any leaking shocks.
I just completed the timing belt, water pump, idler pulleys, serpentine belt, serpentine belt pulley, fan bracket, thermostat, and oil change at 244k. The shocks are all good no leaks and working.

Also, since doing this work the asking price increased to $13,000. It’s a solid, one owner, babied LX.

Wait, so are you the original owner? Or did you buy it from the original owner? You said you "came across it" meaning you aren't the original owner.

Bought it in November from the original owner that has owned it from 6000k to 242,000k. I’ve used it for 2000 miles and before spending the money to register in Texas, I’m willing to see if someone wants to purchase first. I am a newbie, that enjoys buying, working on and reselling these awesome rigs for the last 6 months. I’m not a dealer this is just a hobby. Happy to talk in person with anyone interested in finding out if this is some BIG scam. Lol. 630-991-7623

How many “babied” LC/LX can you flip on here before people figure out this isn’t your hobby. You’re doing it for profit. Why pretend otherwise.

Most hobbies, Land Cruisers included, don’t earn a profit.
