Too many cars and I just need to make room, I also feel a little guilty that it spends more time sitting than driving which is just not good for a car.
The good:
Mechanically sound, had a timing belt done when I bought it in 2020. I would not be scared to road trip this as it sits right now.
I bought it from a friend who bought it at an auction around 20 years ago and used it as his family hauler until I bought it, so its history isn’t a complete mystery. Riding in it as a passenger for a couple of years made me want to buy it.
The bad:
Passenger side rear window regulator probably needs replacing, it’s very slow.
Some rust showing around the windshield.
Some clearcoat peeling on the rear of the roof where it meets the driver side rear quarter, I think that area was repainted prior to my friend buying it in the early 2000s. He definitely had no idea but I notice those thing more than non car people.
I will add details as I think of them and more pics if requested. This is spur of the moment so I haven’t prettied it up for pics.
