Noticing that my truck is not quite level side to side in the rear. There's about a 1.5 inch height difference side to side as measured from the ground to the fender lip. Stock suspension. Do springs wear out over time? Or is it time for new shocks?

Yes...but 1.5" difference is more than nominal. What is the front difference?
Unless you have load leveler shocks...the shocks don't play a role.

Remeasured in the garage... About a 1/4 inch difference, drivers side being lower. Evidently my driveway isn't nearly as level as I thought. D'oh.
