There is one here at an inflated price. 12MM Door Hinge Bolt Wrench | OTC | 0981200010 - https://www.toolsource.com/door-mirror-tools-c-34_507/12mm-door-hinge-bolt-wrench-p-148538.html
But I've just received a nicely packaged "KTC" version from a friendly seller in Japan: "Ninja-Tools". I've just checked and it reaches all 4 bolts and I believe it's identical in size and shape to the "JTC". It's the cheapest I found in 2021: KTC DOOR HINGE BOLT WRENCH (12,13,14mm) DMZ-12,13,14 MADE IN JAPAN AUTOMOTIVE | eBay - https://www.ebay.com/itm/183777765707?hash=item2aca02294b:g:fV0AAOSwIt5ebi5o

Thanks for finding an alternative!

Followed the excellent directions above - tried the cheap harbor freight s-wrench route but wasn't satisfied with the tools themselves (bad stamping). Ended up bending a 12 mm wrench (using copious amounts of heat) to complete the job as I didn't want to wait on the 'real' wrench arriving.

Was very lucky and hit the alignment in only two tries. Thank you for this write-up, I now have a driver's door that doesn't sag and closes very smoothly.

DS door on 04 lifts up a bit during/after closing. I was thinking to adjust the striker. However I see everyone is adjusting hinges. In what scenario one should adjust the striker? Perhaps when gaps are not correct after closing.

If you lift on the door when it's open, are you seeing play in the hinges. This was my issue as the bushing in the hinge was worn out from usage. Replacement was the option that worked for me.

For what it is worth, I'm a fan of replacing hinges. They are not that expensive and the doors are rather big and heavy. Even before you put in sound insulation. I replaced them on the US spec 100 I was working on a couple of years back. And if there had been any hint of play in the doors of the 105 I've been working on I would have replaced them without thinking about it. But fortunately there was none.

No, I don’t but I will have someone to move and I will observe to be sure.
