It's rated as for a 6000 GWR vehicles which doesn't mean jack as the stuck is what would determine the pull. But at least from that label perspective you're in the right ballpark.
If it's an amazing deal and you really want a pullpal (I don't), I'd get it, it probably will help at least some and more likely than not would probably just pull out rather than break in at least soft ground, I would think. If it doesn't hold, sell it.
I'd also check to see if the higher rated ones have just a bigger spade or also -likely- stronger pull handles. If just the former that would be easy to modify with a welder or a few bolts. The latter not difficult but more work and at that point you might as well make one from scratch.
You can also always add another anchor (stake, tire etc) to help the pull pal.
But if you are concerned about critical situations where you'd really need it, forget the good deal and get the biggest one you can carry and afford. If you have to walk 50 miles, I'm sure you'll think you should have spent the extra $100.
