Not perfect, but seen worse.

Not too bad. See if you can get a pic of the KDSS screws.

It’s marginal with some already rust frozen broken off bolts missing from the engine under covers. If the price is right and you’re willing to put in some effort on rust cleanup, it should be ok. The u-joints look dry, so maybe missing that maintenance job from previous owners? Everything else look good?
