Anybody make rust repair panels for a 100? I'm looking for the corner at the end of the rocker panel at the front of the rear wheel well right behind/above the step corner. It's not a big area, but I'd rather weld in a new panel than try to piece it together. I called wolf and cool cruisers with no luck. Any help appreciated.

Try giving Ted a call at cruisersolutions.com. I know they make replacement metal for 40's and 60's, but 100's may be too new as TM said above. If he doesn't do it, he may know someone that does.

I'll try to call Ted Monday with fingers crossed. It would be a shame if a repair panel isn't offered. It's an area partially blocked by the step cover and it's painted with the factory stone throw protection textured paint. It's a repair that would be quick and easy for a novice to make and look seamless. Maybe this is an area that isn't a rust issue and I'm just lucky? I could piece it together with metal or just mud it but it would be more prone to rusting again in either case...especially if I pay someone to do it. My experience is that body guys, even really good ones, are intent on making a repair look good, but don't take the steps necessary to make sure rust doesn't make a return visit in short order.

A really good body guy will make sure rust doesn't come back !!! Keep looking.
