My mother in law just bought a new crv and wants to do rust protection and clear bra/film. She also wants to do bed liner on some 4runner running boards. Who are some good shops to get these done?

Clear bra and film... I'd use The Wrap Agency. They've been club sponsors in the past and do awesome work.
Bed liner, I am unsure who would do that but I would toss it out to Dark Horse Customs and if they don't do it, they'll know who does. Also a club sponsor! Great folks.
