Rust and Maintenance Check (1 Viewer)

Hello,
Looking at a possible purchase of a 2017 with around 80k on it. Has lived in a western state. Maintenance records seem decent. 1st owner owned it for about 18k and changed oil 3 times. Second owner was pretty consistent at every 5k and had consistent dealer services intervals at 50k,55k and 80k. Here are some photos from underneath, thoughts?

Looks nice to me...a bit of surface rust in a few spots. Nothing seems close to a structural issue.

looks great to me (maryland vehicle). put some fluid film on it as needed (first time applying sucks and then i do easy touchups once every year) to stop any progression.
