Actually, I was really glad you caught that image. It showed the shipwreck in a nice perspective and it didn't hurt to have Andrea in the shot either...

Great job capturing the trip Jerry!! I just read the online version but haven't seen the mag yet (we are at the beach).

Are there any additional photos/details in the mag vs. the online article? My curiosity is killing me :).

Content is the same, its missing Alan's pick of the shipwreck and maybe one other but its essentially the same. The mag layout is nice, the pics look great, its the primary event story of the mag...
 
The only way it could be better is if your pic of my rig in front of Bodie Island Light was the centerfold! Good write-up!
 
Hats Off to Us

I held out and waited until we got back from vacation and the mag arrived before I read the article...even though I looked at the pics on TLCA's website.

Jerry you did great capturing the event details and OBX atmosphere, and the club did an enormous job working together to put this together and pull it off (hint, hint - Brian and Heather :clap:).

Both my parents and the wife's parent's have committed to next year's event after reading the article...good thing I've got an extra LC for them to attend in :bounce:.

Can't wait till next year's ride!!!!!
